At DuoGreen, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, eco-friendly products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:
Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- The item is expired on arrival
Note: Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or opened products
- Change of mind
Return Conditions
To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You must provide a photo or video as proof of issue
Return Process
- Email us at info@duogreen.co with:
- Order ID
- Description of issue
- Photo or video proof
- Once approved, we’ll share return instructions
- Reverse pickup will be scheduled where available; otherwise, you may need to courier the item
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- If paid via COD, you’ll be asked to provide bank account details
- In case of exchange, we'll send a replacement product at no extra cost
- The replaced product will be delivered with in 7 to 10 business days
