Return & Refund Policy

At DuoGreen, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, eco-friendly products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:

Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The item is expired on arrival

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Change of mind

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide a photo or video as proof of issue

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@duogreen.co with:
    • Order ID
    • Description of issue
    • Photo or video proof
  2. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions
  3. Reverse pickup will be scheduled where available; otherwise, you may need to courier the item

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • If paid via COD, you’ll be asked to provide bank account details
  • In case of exchange, we'll send a replacement product at no extra cost
  • The replaced product will be delivered with in 7 to 10 business days
